i am looking for either a working professional or a college student who takes education serious who is looking for a nice quite place to live and who will pay their rent on the 1st of the month, on time, to share home in the drusilla drive/jefferson hwy area.
the home is located in one of the best areas in town for access to i-10 and i-12.
by car, its approximately 12 miles from lsu (15 minute drive to lsu);
its approximately a 20 minute drive to southern university;
its approximately a 15 minute drive to baton rouge community college; and, its about 3 minutes to the hammond aire shopping center (corner of old hammond highway and airline highway).
rent is $550.00 per month. the $550/month includes all utilities (water/sewer, cable/internet, electric/gas, washer/dryer room). no deposit is required.
the upkeep of your bedroom is your business. however, another student attending lsu lives with me and will share the bath with you and the upkeep of the bath will be for both of you to keep up. kindly put, i do want to clean up after another adult.
i will keep the common area (kitchen, den and living room) clean. i'm a very easy-going working professional and i am easy to get along with. i am not interested in a lot of people coming in and out of the house on a regular basis other than the people who live here. however, i am not opposed to occasionally friends visiting and get-to-gathers.this is a very quiet family oriented neighborhood. i want whomever moves in to enjoy the home like it’s their own.
no pets. its a non-smoking home; and, i would prefer to keep it that way.
