my wife and i have a spare bedroom available for rent starting in july 2014. the rent for the room would be $450.00 a month that would be due on the 25th of every month. this includes water, electricity, basic cable, and internet. a down payment of first month's rent is required before move in. we're looking for someone to have a 6 month minimum agreement. to be clear the room that is available is the smaller one on the floor plans with space of 11'0'' x 10'6''.our spare bedroom is a great spot for a full time student. we are a quiet couple who are both in school and working, so we are looking for a quiet and dependable person that is either a full time / part time student or working full time that will make his/her payments on time. illegal drug use is not allowed in this apartment or the available room, nor possession of such substance. no smoking, unless you're willing to go outside. cats are allowed, but you have to pay the pet deposit and keep your cat in your room.
