looking for roommate to share 2 br, 2 ba townhouse in the broadmoor area. it is located in a very small, quiet, and friendly complex. total square footage of townhouse is 1200 sq. ft.; total square footage of downstairs is approximately is 700 sq. ft. with a 12-ft cathedral ceiling in living room, modest kitchen area and downstairs full bath. the downstairs bedroom is approximately 175 sq. ft., has a sliding glass door to fenced-in patio area, a walk-in closet and is partially furnished; however, furniture can be removed if needed. price includes all utilities, cable, internet, washer, dryer and covered parking. $450 deposit required.i am a 39 year old female professional and am seeking someone who is responsible, clean and easy to get along with. must pass a background check. i do also have one small 11 yr. old dog and a couple of cats so you must be okay with pets.
