hi,
i'm a single empty nester who is looking to supplement my finances by renting out a room in my 3 bedroom/3 bath home. the house was completely renovated 5 years ago. the bedroom is on the first floor and is approx 12x16. the bathroom is next to bedroom. the room is furnished but i can always store the stuff if you have your own. the house is furnished in a pottery barn style. there is a large family room in the lower level, large yard and deck, all utilities, washer/dryer are included. need to like dogs i have 2 weims. my younger daughter who is 15 is in a private school in quincy and only comes home once a quarter so it would only be two of us. let me know if you have any other questions.
