bedroom for rent in bastrop. the house was built in 2006 in hunter's crossing development. neighborhood has an hoa and is generally quiet and tidy.$600/month all bills included to be paid by the 1st. we (myself and my husband) are looking for a reliable, courteous roommate who will pay on time and respect the common areas. we have a nice living room with a big tv, a backyard with a grill, and a large kitchen with lots of counter space and appliances.
we have two small dogs who are mellow and friendly. currently there is a cat living with us that belongs to our roommate, but the cat will leave with said roommate within the next few months, and we don't want to bring another cat into the house. dog(s) would be on a case-by-case basis. we love animals, but we would want to meet your dog if you were interested in moving in.
we both work a lot so we appreciate getting to have quiet, relaxed evenings. we have friends and family over nearly weekly and may have an occasional party, but it never gets crazy.
the room is available asap and a queen mattress (no box spring or frame) is included if you need it. if you are interested call, email, or text and we can meet up. we need someone who can stay for at least a year. $300 deposit paid with first month's rent.
