this is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cape, in barrington, ri. i currently live here with 2 other roommates, jen, and danny. i am interested in renting out my 4th room. your room is on the first floor which is currently being used as a spare room. it does have a trundle bed and a two dressers and a closet. however, if you have your own that is even better. you would be sharing a bathroom with jen, which also serves as a main bathroom. living room, dining room and eat in kitchen. finished basement. fenced in backyard, and two car garage, i use one. if you have a bike or anything there is plenty of space for it. about us: justin (owner) i am 26 years old, back in school full time to be a dentist. i am very laid back, fun, honest person. i am very busy with my classes so i spend a lot of time studying. jen: roommate, very nice, and very conscientious. fun, and very good roommate. danny: 29, good guy, very laid back, and like able person, funny and good roommate. lastly, winston, jen's dog. he is the best beagle ever. very friendly, extremely quiet, sleeps most of the day. but likes to play, and be loved. we generally, shop for groceries separately. there is plenty of parking in the driveway.
