26 year old professional male seeking responsible roommate, who knows how to budget their money. i've had a bad luck streak with roommates. i have a two bedroom apt in barberton. there are 1.5 bathrooms, central air, patio w/ sliding glass door that has a decent sized patio and large back yard, new front loading washer and dryer in the apt, new dishwasher, all of the utilities are paid ie (gas, water, electric, trash pickup, and wireless cable internet.) i have attached a layout of the apt, this is not to scale but gives you a good idea of the layout of the apt. rent is $400.00 again which includes all utilities. the only thing you need to worry about is if you wanted cable tv we could talk about adding that, and then of course your food. i'm laid back like to laugh and have fun. i'm rarely home as i work a lot, and spend the rest of the time with my friends and family. please contact me if you are interested. thanks! please contact me if you are interested or have any questions about renting out the spare room and sharing the apt.
