hey just looking for anyone to rent my spare bedroom. i am looking for someone who is responsible, has their life on track and has plans for the future. please be employed with normal hours. you should be willing to accept one or two house guests on the weekends (not every weekend though). i am a very easy going person who gets along with most people though i have certain types on my list. my house is close to towson, white marsh, downtown baltimore, 695 and plenty of shopping. lots of parking in this nice quiet neighborhood. the room is furnished but i can have it unfurnished if you would like. you would have some storage but not much. smoking outside is ok, no drugs of any kind, alcohol is fine. guests are ok, no overnight guests at first though. you are welcome to share the living room, dining room, kitchen and the bathroom is shared amongst everyone (there is one other roomate). front and huge fenced backyard with patios. satelite cable, internet, no landline phone service though. live hassle free just clean up after yourself.
