my roommate and i are searching for a housemate to live in our three-bedroom and three-and-a-half bathroom hampden townhouse. the basement master bedroom is available with its own bathroom, washer/dryer, and walk-in closet. our house is located three blocks from the infamous avenue, across the street from the soon to be open rotunda (grocery store, rite-aid, movie theatre, restaurants, bars), five minutes from remington and charles village, and minutes away from johns hopkins' campus. there is plenty of free street parking, too. the room is available as early as february 1, 2016. you can reach out to us to schedule a visit asap. feel free to ask as many questions, daunting as they may be, without fear of judgement!i've included pictures of the open room, including its bathroom, as well as the common room and kitchen, but the house and room is much bigger than the pictures demonstrate (and usually more clean).
