the bedroom is on the second floor with carpeting and a large closet. there is also a full size bath on the second floor that will be shared with 1 other roommate. you will have full access to the entertainment area that has a 60 inch tv and fireplace.
the house is located in upper fells between pratt and lombard. easy access to fells point and canton square restaurants and bars. johns hopkins hospital is less than a mile away and within walking distance to harbor east, harbor point, and the inner harbor. patterson park is 5 blocks away and canton square is within walking distance as well. umb (university of maryland baltimore) is a short ride on the circulator (1.25 miles).
about us:
we are all working professionals who have day jobs in the city. we go to our 9 to 5's and like to work out and keep fit during the week and like to hang out, go to restaurants, and travel during the weekend. we are all very neat, clean and organized and expect the same from a potential roommate. you will share the house with two dogs and two cats.
we are looking for a roommate who will pay the rent on time, clean up after themselves and brings no drama. we would like someone who has a full time job and will consider students on a case by case situation. we ask that a potential roommate sign a one year lease for the room.
