there is an opening in a 2 bedroom/2bath apartment in the beautiful and convenient mchenry row! very safe, quiet, and friendly, this apartment complex is the best – i am very sad to be leaving the area. harris teeter is right next door to the apartment with many stores, bars, and restaurants right downstairs! i am looking someone to take over my room, the master bedroom with attached master bath and walk in closet. the person living here would be sharing the kitchen and living room with a young man. i am a young woman and have never had any problems living with him. this is a perfect location for those walking to work for companies like: under armor, videology, gkv, and other companies based in locust point and riverside. it also is easy and quick access to i95.

the lease between me and my roommate ends at the end of july but due to work, i must move late may/early june. this would be a sublease with a guarantee of renewing the lease with the current roommate at the end of july.

rent is $1028 per month with utilities/internet/cable ~$60. i am also looking to sell my existing furniture (minus the mattress) to the person after me. these include a queen sized bed frame with attached drawers, headboard with storage on the side, corner desk, drawers, mirrors, shoe rack, etc. this is a great deal for the area!

• he is one of the nicest guys i know and very easy to get a long with. he’s very chill and a very understanding person. he doesn’t really have that many friends due to the nature of his job and usually sticks to himself. i have been friends with him since we were freshmens in college.

what he’s looking for in a roommate:
• young adult or adult, gender does not matter
• please no cats, he’s allergic
• an individual with a college degree and a steady source of legal income
• someone who is responsible and on top of payments
• someone easy going and friendly, please do not be bad crazy.
• someone who is also chill. when he’s home, he would like some quiet, so please keep parties to a minimum.
