room for rent within walking distance of bayview medical centeri am looking for one person to share a townhouse with two other people already there (one male, one female). the address is 514 umbra st., baltimore, md 21224. it is within waking distance of johns hopkins bayview medical center.
the house has three bedrooms and two full baths. you would have a private bedroom and share a bathroom.
there is a laundry area with a sink and washer and dryer. you can see photos on zillow, but there is a kitchen, dining room, and living room. the kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances. there's central air conditioning and forced air heat. recessed lights throughout main floor. quiet neighborhood.
rent: $600/month + 1/3 of utilities per person. a deposit of one month's rent ($600) will also be required.
note: there is one medium-size dog in the house; so you must be okay with dogs. however, we do not want any additional pets. (goldfish would be all right. :)
no smoking.
