i am looking for a guy/girl (anyone would do) who is in search of a temporary accommodation on sharing basis near umbc campus. the apartment will be available from dec 10 2016 to feb 10 2017 (2 months) and will be shared among 5 people. (2 girls and 3 boys as for now). it is a big spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of the building.the apartment is fully furnished and has all the amenities. it comes equipped with the following: internet, washer-dryer, refrigerator , centralized heater/ac unit, dining table, chairs, sofa's, cabinets, drawer-sets and all the kitchen accessories. in addition, the apartment has a big big patio with patio chairs and table with a beautiful scenic view.
the location of the apartment is perfect for any student/employee working in the baltimore area. the umbc campus is 5mins walk, baltimore down is 10mins drive, airport is 10mins drive, train station is 5mins drive. also, the apartment is on mta shuttle route. you can check the address on maps.
