i have a nice sized room to rent in 3 bedroom private house in northeast baltimore, near the county line (between loch raven blvd & perring parkway). will share 2 full baths, kitchen, washer/dryer, and yard. some storage is available. rent includes satelitte tv hookup, wireless internet, and utilities. queen sized bed, lfloor amp and tv are currently in the room. close to towson, parkville, hamilton, and white marsh, morgan state, & towson univ. bus stop is in walking distance.

i am a middle-aged professional woman, live alone and i have 2 cats. i am pretty laid-back and clean but not a neat freak. i am looking for someone over 30, a non-smoker, who is responsible, respectful and employed. references required as well as a security deposit. rental lease is month to month (but is negotiable).
