hello,my name is kelly and i am a police officer looking for a male or female straight/gay professional, friendly, clean, responsible roommate who is able to pay bills on time. no drugs, criminal record, pets, children or parties. i have a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath row home which is professionally decorated and fully furnished. has an alarm, satellite and wireless internet through out the entire house. the basement is outfitted w/ a large wall mounted flat screen tv and surround sound. i have a back sunroom w/ a large flat screen tv, french windows and ceiling fan. back yard is a furnished oasis for relaxing kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite, eat on large island and wall mounted flat screen tv. living and dining room have wood floors. powder room has a urinal...lol and new washer/dryer. the room for rent is fully furnished w a queen bed, night stand, dresser, wall mount flat screen tv w satellite, large closet, new sheets and towels (see pic). your full bathroom is actually attached to the room for total privacy!! the house is located on a park and quiet dead end street...never any parking issues... always available spots! 5 blocks from inner harbor area, 4 blks from local bars, restaurants, shoppers food store, dry cleaning, meritt health club and gas stations. 7 blks from interstate 95 exits, 12 min from bwi airport.....super convenient location! room available nov 1st, however, the move-in date is flexible. please contact me via [email protected] . this site only allows 1 pic upload, if you would like more, i can email the pics to you.
