beginning march 1st we will have a room available in our home in mount washington -- 3 miles from the beltway and 3 miles from mt. washington square and all the restaurants and shops. it's a very safe area.we are females ages 25 and 26 and are looking for someone (female) in their mid 20s to fill the space.
requirements (in no particular order):
-job. full time employment is a must.
-fun. we tend to keep it pretty low key during the week, but we like to go out... we hope you do as well
-clean. we aren't neat freaks, but like to live in a tidy house.
-no pets.

we have been here for two and a half years and you really cannot beat the location - it's close to downtown and safe. parking is always readily available. the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a balcony off the back. one of the full baths is shared by two people so there are little, to no conflicts with getting ready.
