hi! i'm looking for a female roommate for a beautiful, 1165 sqft, 2bd/2ba apartment at the luxury complex, hanover brewers hill, near canton! the complex has every amenity you can imagine, including a resort style pool with cabanas, bbq areas, outdoor fireplaces, gaming rooms, conference rooms, full gym and movie theater, etc. see at: www.hanoverbrewershill.comthe apartment complex is brand new and so everything in it is as well! common rooms will be furnished completely and kitchen stocked with kitchenware and appliances. parking but not utilities is included in the rent! the parking is in a private garage that is part of the building. take the elevator up to the 5th floor and there you are. it's roommate style, so it's pretty equally laid out, with a generous kitchen, private bathrooms and each person also has their own walk-in closets. the floors are hardwood and then carpeted in the bedroom. central air, bedroom ceiling fans and washer and dryer in the unit!
i am a 30-something straight female looking for a female roommate! i'm pretty quiet for the most part, not into partying, and a non-smoker. love having people over and dinner parties, but house parties and crazy drunk guests, not so much! i love shopping, movies, sight-seeing, cooking, watching netflix, playing on the internet and journaling. i won't be working full-time, mostly studying and taking classes. i have a spouse that is living out of state for the time being due to work. he'll be supporting me while i live here. i have a medical issue which specifically brings me to this area to see a doctor, but it should not ever be noticeable to you. i'm fully functional and going to school. i do have a small service dog. she is a maltese-yorkie mix, so she is considered hypoallergenic and is non-shedding. she is very sweet and almost always quiet. she also is almost always out with me, no matter where i'm going, so she should seldom be at home without me. just looking for another "normal" person who wants to live in an amazing place for the half the price. don't pass up this deal!! thanks!
