the house is huge and amazing! you wont find a nicer place to live. walk to canton, fells, point, highlandtown. new target is a 1 minute drive! tons of parking available.

i work long hours 6 days a week running a car dealership and we leave for the weekends. i'm only there to sleep. the house would be shared with my boyfriend who runs a business out of our commercial space downstairs. hes downstairs about 12 hours a day if anything is needed and then usually comes up to watch a movie and go to bed. very quiet atmosphere on our end.

all utilities can be included if desired for an extra $100 a month- which is amazing, the utilities in the house run over $1000 a month. super flexible to rent fast- unexpected expenses popped up!

im down to earth, never have people over, do not drink, no pets, house has top of line everything, and filters for allergies and water.
