it is within walking distance to the university of baltimore, and johns hopkins university. the front bedroom is not rented. only two bedrooms will be rented. there are 2 baths one with bath/shower and the other with just bathtub. prefer just one person. utilities are included except telephone.
there is high speed internet. i would prefer someone with references especially from previous rentals. sex/sexual orientation not a factor. lots of public transportation nearby. free street parking is available.
