i am moving to baltimore february 1st, and i have a finished room with your own bathroom for rent; $850 all unities, and wifi included. the room has a king sized bed, with 3 dressers and a desk.i would like to rent the room starting march 1st but could let someone in as early as feb 18th, a $550 deposit is required, and proof of employment. no cats, i have a dog, we can talk about another dog. no smokers, not even if you say you will only smoke outside, i am sensitive to cigarette smoke and will not compromise on this.
the bedroom is 17x14 with a walk in closet, ~11x7 and the bathroom is very large, ~11x6.
you need to be a quiet person who will pick up after yourself; i am not your maid. we will share the whole house, so pushing a vacuum once in a while is also something you will need to do. i am a very private person and expect that to be respected as i will respect your privacy.
there is a washer and dryer in the basement that you can use, and as i said before, will share the remainder of the house, living room, dining room and kitchen. there are two rooms that we will not have access to; the owner who has moved to ca, has things stored in them. there is off street parking too.
the house is located on brookwood rd, baltimore; it is a quiet old neighbor hood just one mile south of the baltimore co line on rt. 40; outside of catonsville. there is lots of shopping close by, bus rt. #40 and #23, and rogers station metro is 4.9miles away.
i would like a long term renter; however, we can talk about that too.
