seeking a roommate to share a spacious 2bed/2bath apartment with in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher in park charles apartments in downtown baltimore city.the apartment has the perfect layout for roommates - we even have separate controls for the central a/c and heating. your room has a large window and large closet and will be unfurnished. there is a $25 application fee and $200 deposit, but this is waived for students. we will split comcast and electric bills as all other utilities included (~$30 each). the lease is month-to-month.
i'm a 31 year old female nursing student. i prefer to be quiet at home since my nursing program is very intense. i am responsible, easy to live with, and conscientious, and looking for the same in a roommate. i am an open, accepting, and non-judgmental person with an adventurous spirit, and prefer people who are similarly open-minded. i love cooking and all things food-related. i genuinely love this apartment and my mount vernon neighborhood.
