great private room/ private bathroom on floor with no other tenants that has furnished kitchen and living room. gorgeous hard wood floors, bedroom with fireplace, has large walk-in closet. private bathroom updated recently is beautiful. we have wifi, private parking, tv, and alarm system/security cameras. our street is pretty quiet, and the other tenants live on a separate floor. washer and dryer included. central to public transit, downtown, and baltimore attractions.the room is really big, far bigger than anything else i found in the city. i only am moving because my work transferred me to va. we are going to do a background check, and rent is 600. the other tenants are a full time student who also works full time, who is there maybe a week a month or less. the other tenant is a phd at a local university who is gone during the day. they are both quiet and friendly.
