furnished or unfurnished room for rent in my newly renovated 3 story row home located only a 5 minute drive (10 minutes by bike) from johns hopkins hospital and 7 minutes from fells point. a furnished room will have a queen size platform bed with brand new mattress and will add $50 to your rent. the room($700/unfurnished with utilities inc.) has a walk in closet with custom closet system and can fit a king bed and dresser. house is in final phase of renovation so the custom closets are not installed yet. reno to be done by april 1. this newly renovated row home has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. bamboo floors on all three levelslease terms: the first three months are month to month after the third month and we get along a 6, 9, or 12 month lease is available. security deposit ($500) and first month rent is due at signing.
