i currently live in a beautiful 2 bedroom 4th floor apartment in fells point and looking for a roommate to move in july 1st. my current roommate has to move and i really don't want to let go of this amazing apartment, it really is a rare amazing find!here are all the details on the apartment.
-the apartment is in fells point just 3 blocks from the water, fells point bars and restaurants
-top floor apartment (don't worry there is a large elevator to get stuff up and down).
-the bedroom is a great size and has its own full bathroom attached to the bedroom, it is technically the master bedroom of the apartment. it has a full large closet and a towel closet in the bathroom that has a lot of storage, so if you have a lot of clothing you will have plenty of room. my room has a bathroom right next to my room so you have a bathroom all to yourself.
-very good size living and dining room with hard wood floors.
-we have an electric fireplace that is awesome in the winter time.
-the kitchen is your standard kitchen and has everything you need with a dish washer, oven, fridge and microwave.
-we have a large roof top for the apartment building that has a 360 view of the city. it is a great spot for tanning or hosting friends.
-i furnished most of the apartment so there really isn't much you would need to bring minus items for your room, but always open to new things! i love decorating, so i have been told it is very comfy and well decorated place :-)
-we have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
-parking is super easy around us. there is some free parking and also the pay to park but that is free during evening hours so it has never been an issue.
-the apartment is super quite with it being on the top floor and our two neighbors on our floor are older and very quite so its awesome.
