house, which is much larger than most rowhomes in canton, boasts 1,500 sq ft between the 2 main levels and available room is 14' x 15'. main living area includes a living room over 33' deep with sitting/library area and separate couch/tv area, dining room with an 8 person table and buffet, kitchen and rest of house boast all brand new appliances (26 cu ft french door fridge, cac, gas heat, washer & dryer, new windows, etc.) patio for eating and parking pad out back (parking to be discussed with new tenant) basement is the length of the entire house with plenty of room for storage. i also have an aerial yoga hammock installed in the 3rd room upstairs, happy to teach if interested in using it. i'm a mental health therapist in my early 30's, i have no pets (will consider if you have a pet), not much of a party animal anymore.
