rooms available for rent in very spacious beautiful single family home. rooms will be available as of 9/1/15. we are asking 850 per month plus a portion of utilities. if your interested in more then one room you'd receive the additional room/rooms at a discounted rate. also the monthly rate of $850 could decrease if we're able to obtain additional roommates. about the house it's a lovely 4 bedroom w/ 1 full and 2 half baths. all rooms and closets are very spacious. the home has a front room, living room, dinning room, large kitchen and huge laundry room. plenty of storage 2 attics and a sizable crawl space as well as a shed. large backyard w/ covered patio area. located in a friendly neighborhood. you would be sharing the home with myself and my husband. we occupy 1 bedroom and 1 of the half baths. we aren't home much but when we are we like are privacy and tend to keep to ourselves. for the most part you won't even know that we're here. we are looking for honest,trustworthy,respectful individuals to share this beautiful home with. please no drugs, drama or partying. if interested or have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us by text at 4433778396. we hope to have pics available soon but were also open to scheduling a viewing. we look forward to hearing back from you.
