hello! we are two females in our mid-late 20's looking for a third to move in anytime between march and april. the house is very spacious, and located one block south of patterson park and five blocks from canton square. it's a 2-bedroom/1.5 bath with a basement bedroom/bath as well. available room is located upstairs next to the bathroom/shower and overlooks the back patio. parking is remarkably easy compared to most areas in canton. house has central ac/heating, back patio with grill (for summer-time fun), large fully-furnished kitchen, and washer/dryer.

we are looking for a male/female roommate who will contribute to household upkeep/cleanliness and be respectful of the common areas. my current roommate and i are pretty laid back, enjoy anything and everything on netflix and quite easy to get along with.
