hello,

i am looking to rent out 1/2 my house. the house is 1400 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath with a second living room that can be your area as well as the bed room and bath. location is just off 141 & big bend. close to library, food, stores, bars, and just about anything. i am a laid back and respectful person that enjoys a clean house. i am far from ocd with cleaning but put dishes in dish washer after use and pick up after my self. i spend a lot of my free time in the garage working on bikes, i am a bit of a gear head, but frees up the house for a roommate to have more privacy. i do cook most of my meals but the kitchen is tidied up right after eating. i am looking for a roommate that is respectful and will clena up after them selves and there guests. i don't have many guests over and if so we are usually in the garage working on a project. guests are more than welcome, this is your house as well but not every night till 10pm. if you are in a relationship your significant other is welcome to stay over but not make it there second home as well. as long as they are at there house more hours than ours there is no problem there. contact to see if there is common ground and mutual interest. i work 8-5 m-f and can view the house any time outside of those hours.
