hello,we have two bedrooms for rent in our gorgeous, huge house located in baldwin, ny. we have a ton of amenities, including:
-washer/dryer
-full, extensive gym (squat rack, dumbells, barbells, dip stand, calf machine, medicine ball, yoga ball, pull up bar)
-semi-inground pool
-baldwin bay is in our yard (you can literally go fishing from the backyard or side deck)
-huge outdoor deck with peaceful running fountain, 2 firepits, loungechairs, hammock chair
-72 inch tv in living room
- every possible kitchen appliance imaginable (my wife who lives here is a chef)
-side deck and back yard
-huge driveway and front yard…we are basically isolated from our neighbors
-a two person sauna
- ping pong table
-basketball hoop
-big dining room table
-inflatable island that holds 6 people to be used in the bay
-adt security system
-heat, water, electricity, adt system and internet are paid for by us
those are the general amenities. the two rooms for rent are both downstairs and share a bathroom.
bedroom 2
this one has nice closet space, and is the one in the pictures with green carpeting. for this room we are asking $900 per month.
in total, there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms; one bathroom in each upstairs bedroom, one full bathroom and one half bathroom downstairs. my wife and i live in the master bedroom upstairs, and my wife’s brother lives in the smaller downstairs bedroom. we have three beautiful dogs; a jack russell terrier named charlier (3 years old), a boerboel named bruce (9 months old), a doberman pinscher named max (7 months old). they are extremely friendly. the kitchen has every appliance ever and a ton of silverware, bowls etc. we have a bose speaker in there to play music too, and an island with three chairs for eating breakfast. there is a side deck with a table and two chairs. the living room has three couches, a beanbag, and a chair. the house has pretty much everything you need, but the bedrooms themselves are bare (you need to bring your own bed, etc).
no smoking of any kind or firearms allowed in the house.
we are looking for applicants of any age, gender, and race. this is a month-to-month thing. we do not require proof of income, but we will do a background and credit check. bring your photo id and social security card.
rent is to be paid in cash, and one months security deposit is due up front. there is no broker fee.
