i am a 26 years old young professional, with a bachelors degree in international business looking to share my apartment in a gated community at boynton beach, fl (federal and gateway) with an easy going, clean, respectful and mature person. i work office hours, monday - friday, so i am usually home at night and during the weekends, i am very clean, respectful, calm and easy going, very quiet (no drugs, no drama), i like to clean after myself when i cook and i expect the same from the person that is sharing the apartment with me, i also like to keep my apartment clean and in mint condition.currently, i have a roommate, he is 30 years old, professional, with masters in project management, very clean, respectful, quiet, who enjoys studying and keeping up to date with global news, he also works monday-friday 8:30 to 5:30 for a bank and when he is home he likes to rest and keep it quiet.
the apartment is a 3 floor town home, the 1st floor has a big room with private bathroom which is the one i am renting, in the 2nd floor there is the common area with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony, in the 3rd floor, there are two more rooms each with its own bathroom.
the apartment is in a gated community, with pool and gym, washer and dryer inside the apartment (1st floor), garage and driveway parking, utilities are included in the rent, plus cable and wi-fi, dishwasher, central ac and alarm. the room is unfurnished and is completely private since it is the only room in the 1st floor, it has a glass door that opens up to the community green area.
