i have a bedroom available for rent. 2 bedroom apartment right off macopin in bloomingdale.girl or guy welcome. please know that i do have a 3 year old son that will be here about 35-50% of the time, so please be good with kids (or at least tolerate them), and don't do drugs.
total square footage of apartment is about 700 sq ft. you will have your own room, and are welcome to use the rest of the apartment as you please. i'm really simple to deal with. being a gamer is a plus, but not necessary. no smoking in the apartment, but the door is only about 5 feet away if you need to smoke.
first floor, corner unit, so no neighbors, and the lady upstairs is pretty quiet.
dogs and cats are welcome. my son and i do not have allergies. please at least make sure they are trained and friendly.
looking for something kind of immediately, but a few weeks will be ok as well.
total amount needed is about $810 for rent and utilities. food would be extra if i am asked to cook.
i'm all around pretty laid back, just don't make too much of a mess, and respect my child while he is here.
