we are looking for quiet, clean, respectful, no drama, and responsible female adults.we have two, one bedroom rooms for rent in 3000 sqft 6 bedroom house. looking to rent both or one room at a time.
all rooms have closets and unfurnished.
lower level rooms: carpeted, share a large bathroom
upper level room: hardwood floors and a carpet can be laid down, share a large remodeled bathroom.
large deck over garage and backyard for hanging out, bbq, enjoying the summer.
the house has two gas fire places(upper and lower), huge kitchen, dining room, two living rooms.
plenty of storage outside of room (back-work room/garage).
house is furnished with pretty much everything you'd need.
all pots/pans/dishes are available - basically everything you need is in the house except for your personal items.
street (right in front of house and driveway) parking available.
brand new washer/dryer.
kitchen newly remodeled
rooms are 11x13
home is on se 27th bellevue, 98005 in the woodridge community. we have 2 pools in our neighborhood.
easy access to i-90 and i-405.
10 minute walk to factoria, walmart, target, qfc, dsw, many restaurants, bars and the i-90 bike route to the city.
community has unique private west bound entrance to i-90. super easy access from west bound i-90 (factoria exit)
house is on bus route 246, bus stop 30 feet from front door of house. takes you to downtown bellevue and bcc.
no pets, no smoking.
$600 + � utilities per month (water, garbage, electricity, gas). i pay for internet and amazon video.
first month rent + $300 deposit due on signing
