one bedroom available in a 2br/2ba condo near lsu. condo is in the courtney place gated subdivision on burbank across from burbank commons and bordering two other condo communities. sits on two tigertrails bus routes (highland/burbank and burbank/ben hur) and is a 2-3 minute walk to highland rd. the other roommate is a guy and also an lsu student.the condo features hardwood living room with plenty of natural light, granite tile kitchen with all appliances (including washer and dryer), inside and outside storage rooms, and two designated parking spaces. the room is spacious and features a large window for natural light, deep walk-in closet, hall bathroom (which no one but you would use), and tiled bathroom with marble countertop.
the other roommate is a laid back upperclassman student at lsu. easy to talk to, but also a working student so you may not see each other (you have plenty of personal space). utilities are split down the middle and include cable/internet (includes hd cable box; about $60 total) and electricity (about $65-70). property manager is very responsive to any issues/maintenance problems.
the room is being leased through southland properties and requires application, approval, and deposit equivalent to one month's rent. lease ends 7/31/2013.
