i'm a twenty-something that owns this row-house and i have a room for rent in charles village, just a few blocks from hopkins university. looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful to share this house with.
the room includes:
-your own bathroom
-your own deck
-all utilities included (with internet)
-weekly house cleaning
-shared kitchen
-shared laundry / dryer
-shared outside with bbq
-alarm on the house
note:
-you must be okay and friendly with dogs, there are two dogs at the house. they are friendly but either way, you should be okay living with dogs.
-you must be drug free and smoke free at the house - this is an absolute non-negotiable.
-the owner of this house works from home and will be at the house a good portion of the time.
-there is no furniture in this room - you must provide your own.
-there is no separate entrance to just this room, there is only a central shared entrance.
-security deposit is half of the rent ($375). to move in, you will need to have both security deposit and first month's rent. references required.
