responsible professional female looking to rent two rooms in beautiful 5 bedroom 3 full bath house in avondale. responsible females preferred. $500/mo each. all utilities included, even free digital cable and wifi (can upgrade to hd and/or dvr for small additional monthly fee). rooms are 10.5' x 12' with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. could accommodate individual bathrooms, but one of them is downstairs near the common area. close to freeways and shopping. multiple living areas, large yard and beautiful swimming pool. smoking ok (outside) and must love cats (i have 3). garage space for one additional vehicle, but plenty of driveway space for another. would like someone who would plan to stay for at least a year. willing to share in cost of common household goods and shared cleaning responsibilities. also, may consider children if room/situation permits. let's talk! there are a lot of options here!
