we are looking for a roommate to fill a spacious, sunny room in our three-bedroom house. the room has a huge closet, two windows, and wood laminate floors. your bathroom would be shared with one male roommate. the house has a charming '60s kitchen, large communal living room and dining room, a huge backyard, and a carport that is perfect for hanging out and enjoying a beer with friends. we are walking distance of heb mueller and located on the 20 bus line.who are we? zach and marta, a couple in our mid/late 20s; our friend, stephen; and our two goofy pups, hank and toby. zach works in sales, marta is a teacher, and stephen owns his own pedicab shop. the dogs don't do anything productive except sleep and eat.
who are you? ideally, someone relaxed and relatively tidy with a stable job who would like to join us for family dinners and trips to barton springs. rent is $550 per month plus one fourth of utilities. amenable to either long-term or month-to-month.
