i have a very large room available in a 4 bedroom house! includes on site free laundry, own private entrance to the house and three really awesome and loyal roommates who happen to be talented comedians! house has a large fenced backyard with extra storage unit in back. rent is only $600 a month and utilities are split between 5 people (we share electricity with close neighbor), so it averages about $50 a month. extremely affordable and within biking/walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants on burnet. about a 10 minute drive to the domain and a 10 minute drive to ut campus. perfect for students. you would be taking over a lease ending in july, so its perfect for a student for one semester. let me know if you are interested so i can set up a meeting with the other roommates. they are all males, but extremely respectful. i am a woman and had no issues sharing the common spaces with them! 420
