i have two unfurnished, or furnished, rooms and a private bath ( separate living area within a 3-2 home ) for $900.00 per month - all bills paid - in a 3/2 home - - available april 3rd.rental area is secluded from the rest of the home for privacy. each room has a ceiling fan, large front window in one, smaller window in the other. private bathroom has a storage closet.
access to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. some garage storage is available. also included is a front porch with chairs to lounge in, and a medium sized fenced in back yard.
rent includes all utilities, high-speed wireless internet and cable.
the home is on a quiet street (s.w. austin) with big trees and wildlife, friendly neighbors, safe, easy access to i-35 and mopac, close to downtown, within walking distance of shopping, groceries, restaurants, park with walking trail, tennis courts, and swimming pool; also close to several bus stops.
prefer someone who lives a healthy lifestyle - responsible, employed, no smoking inside, reasonably neat. although this is not a party house, having a few friends over is ok. one pet would probably work out well. i have a medium-siized friendly and quiet dog.
rent is $900.00 per month, all bills paid. a month-to-month arrangement is ok, but my goal is to find someone long-term. i would also need a deposit of $400.00.
