i have a spare room in an apartment complex in north austin. i am looking for a roommate, hopefully someone who i can be good friends with.the apartment complex is pretty and there are lots of amenities. there are two dog parks in the apartment complex and lots of hiking/running trails, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, huge gym with fitness classes, pools and hot tubs, beautiful area!
i am a pretty clean and tidy person but not ocd about it. i am responsible and pay the bills on time. i work for an environmental engineering company here in austin. i'm originally from england. i drink a lot of tea :)
i love being outdoors, having adventures, working out, running, biking, swimming, rock climbing, hiking, i'm an active person and try to be healthy and fit. i like to travel. i also like painting and being creative. i'm a fairly quiet person, i'm a good listener, easy going and happy person. i drink occasionally but am not a huge party person. i don't have any pets but i love dogs!
the apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. it's on the third floor and has a large balcony. there is a large kitchen and living area. the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances but if you want to bring your own stuff too that is fine! the living area has a dining table and sofa. i don't have a tv as i usually just watch netflix but if you want to bring a tv feel free. your room has a large closet with mirror, but the room is not furnished. you would have your own bathroom which is just across the hall from your bedroom. i don't have a washer and dryer but there are connections if you wanted to get one. otherwise there are laundry rooms on site which i use and it's never a problem. there's lots of community events like happy hours and such, it's a friendly neighborhood.
