hello! we have a room to fill at the beginning of september, here are some details:our place:
- located in the bouldin creek neighborhood: walking distance to south 1st, south lamar, and south congress, 5-10 min drive to dt, quick access to all major highways.
- first floor unit.
- quiet area with a handful of courteous neighbors - not an apartment community.
- parking spot, dishwasher, and w/d (in unit).
- furnished common areas - we are flexible about adding/removing some items.
- lots of natural light/windows throughout.
- stained concrete floors - no carpet.
your room:
- spacious master bedroom - currently has a queen bed and workstation with room to spare.
- private bath and huge walk-in closet.
- unfurnished.
who we are:
- female 27: event coordinator - variable schedule, some work from home.
- female 30: nurse - 9am-5pm m-f
- one cat - no additional pets please.
ideal roommate:
- mid/late 20's - mid 30's.
- works (mostly) regular hours.
- likes to hang out and be sociable - no crazy parties/rowdy house guests.
- clean/organized - your room is less of a concern but we like to keep the common areas free of personal clutter.
- non smoking.
the room will be available at the beginning of september (exact date tbd)*. we prefer new tenants are added to the lease, this is a $50 application fee with the property management company as well as a $33 change of lease fee for you to be added. security deposit due with first month's rent - we can discuss details at time of meeting. *rent will be prorated based on move in date. rent per month is $825 + utilities.
