- sq ft 1092 (1 bedroom you would have is 9 x 11. the other br that would also be yours is 9 x 10.5)
- application fee is $50
- deposit will probably be one months rent ($623) unless you have bad credit then a higher one is needed.
- if approved your move-in costs would be the application fee, the security deposit and one month's full rent, due before you could move in.
- we would both sign the new lease.

- total rent for the house is $1,245 monthly, which will be appx $623 each, plus utilities.
- utilities are split (gas, electric, water, internet)- usually about $75-$140/month each.
- you must "pass" property manager's credit and criminal records check.
about the house:
- medium sized backyard w/ small patio, and a medium size front yard.
- small 2-car garage for storage of your car and/or some extra stuff.
- bamboo floors throughout, including bedrooms. tile in bathrooms.
- your own full private bath across the hall from the 2 bedrooms that you would have.
- i own a washer and dryer, which you would can use (as long as you are respectful and use them correctly).
roommate requirements: female preferred, but can live with a male that is neat/clean.
-no pets: i am extremely allergic to cats and dogs.
-no smoking inside, but outside is fine.
-must be very trustworthy and very responsible with a stable job.
-no extreme potheads or regular drug-users!
-must be clean/neat/sanitary: no slobs or gross/unsanitary people!!
-i work from home m-f 7:30 am - 4 pm, and need someone who will be respectful of that otherwise i could get fired if there is "domestic" noise in
the background if i am on a conference call with a client.
