hi!i live in a great gated community with an awesome pool and bbq area, great workout area, close to major stores and i-35 (including samsung and dell).
the town home is 2011, really cute and you can park in the driveway.
i'm looking for a sane, friendly roommate who is quiet, doesn't bring home strange men, and cleans up after themselves in the kitchen.
my last roommate was here for a year and half and i learned a lot about what i'm looking for in a roommate.
i have 2 sweet cats who will leave you alone. i don't think the house is big enough for any more animals. but i pride myself on the fact that my place does not smell like cat! litter is in the garage and there's a cat door.
