this apartment is situated on enfield approximately between the west lynn area and tarrytown. there is a gorgeous park and public swimming pool two blocks away and we are within a 5 minute drive of central downtown. i dare you to find a nicer place to live for this kind of money.apartment is fully furnished and pet/cat friendly (when you move in there will be one cat living with us; i'm open to more or other types of pets. no dogs please... i tried that and it doesn't' work with the cat);
it's the only apartment in the complex to have it's own hanging patio (which i'm turning into an apartment garden and brunch nook currently); a very large living room area (i own a large and older flat panel tv, but currently do not subscribe to cable. the bedrooms are adjacent to each other and we would share a bathroom.
