the house is a nice sized double wide manufactured home that needs a little tlc.

the room in question is ~150 sq. ft. (14' x 10' 8"). it is room 3 in the floor plan picture. shared bathroom with 1 other person.
it is located in the tech ridge area. off of east howard ln. east of ih-35
complex amenities include a private clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, a running and exercise trail, along with the fitness center.
all bill paid includes: trash, power, phone, internet (cable and wireless), water, and rent.
full access to common areas, such as the kitchen, living room/dining room, laundry room.
(we have no tv minus a digital antenna, but an expansive collection of dvds, hd dvds, blu rays, netflix, and movies on the home server, tv can be ordered for the home if the new roommate requests it, payment may be require, terms will be discussed among roommates)
~about us~
we (the current tenants) are two males 29 and 36. we're a couple of nerds/geeks. love anime, gaming, movies and other things. you can find us (on off-days when everyone's schedules meet) catching movies at the alamo or laughing it up watching things in the living room. we are easy-going guys.
~looking for~
we'd like to get a male (or 2) 18-45 is our target range. we're lgbt friendly and are tolerant of many lifestyles, so we would most likely be able to work something out. non-smoking if possible, but an outdoor-smoker could also work. no drugs.
~the grit~
this is all bills paid, and we are trying to have it as a month to month lease due no later the the 3rd of the month (but we'd like at least 6 months of commitment).
the asking rent is $500.00 for one person or $650.00 for a couple.(cash).
there is a $50.00 application fee (used for background check and cleaning) and a deposit of $250.00 is due at signing (a notarized lease will be drawn up). half of the deposit is non-refundable.
a small background check will be run. this does not automatically exclude anyone.
i will also be asking for three credible references.
please have proof of reliable income and transportation.
pets upon approval. extra deposit will be assessed. (there is no fenced-in yard)
(i own a cat, so i urge those with cat allergies to be wary)
