i have two rooms in my basement. one nice sized room where you can put a couch, coffee table, tv etc. and a small bedroom. i am an average guy who likes to drink beer, watch sports and grill out with friends. i live alone with my wiener dog half of the week and have my 1yr. old son the other half. i also have my 11yr. old every other weekend. the bathroom would be shared, but it's nice. the floor in the basement is concrete, but i have a rug to put down and there is an old tv down there already with cable.
