looking for responsible, clean, dog friendly tenant who would like to rent a room in our house. the house is 4 bedroom -- 2 baths -- w/1800 square feet, w/large fenced yard, new large deck, parking in front, washer & dryer, wired for xfinity cable, internet/wifi and free netflix . burglar alarm and security system installed, cherry creek school district # 5 and cherry creek, aurora and quincy lake walking trails are all within 5 minutes. 20 minutes from downtown denver, 20 minutes to dia, 10 minutes to dtc and 5 minutes to southlands mall. very close to shopping and rtd. very safe hoa neighborhood.
we have 2 boxer dogs living there and would not consider another pet. the dogs have the run of the house and are our #1 priority. all care and expenses are taken care of and poop scoop comes once a week - dogs are trained, clean, and very friendly. they will not ruin or chew on your stuff.
no smoking in the house. 420 friendly okay, no drama. smoking is allowed in the garage or on the large deck
