everything is included...water, electric, internet, netflix, phone line (no long distance) and all u need to do is help with food. rooms color theme is grey white and black.rent is month to month of $800 a month (first month is test period) rent is due last day of every month! if you leave just let us know one month before!

2. know how to clean. we expect u to help out if u see something that needs to be done like taking trash out, doing dishes, cleaning all around in general.

oh and a bit about us is hubby is x-marine, x-army and now works for a medical company and wife works from home and owns her own business's.
we both work monday -friday and wife some weekends.
we have a small 4 person hot tub you are welcome to use as well.
we are very responsible and started with nothing 7 years ago and now we are home owners!
we expect the same as far as being responsible but weekends are for fun!
we love bbq's, weekend parties, day trips no where, hot springs, dancing, concerts and more!
we are as chill as it gets as long as u keep the respect for our home we worked so hard to buy!

you must be pet friendly as we have 2 labs and 2 cats!
we have 2 living rooms but ones just used as a sitting room when we have gatherings/parties!
