i have three rooms available. off mississippi/chambers. light rail r line will be done by the years end.
$650-$750 (depending on which room) with utilities split 4 ways.
currently meeting with people to determine if we would be a good fit for each other. lgbtq and alternative religion/lifestyle friendly.
month to month lease- yes there is signed paperwork. you will just pay the first day you move in and that will be your monthly rent due date.
includes house cleaners every other week for all shared areas and bathrooms
no smoking of any kind- sorry i am allergic
must like animals but not have any. i have 2 dogs and a cat that are not very other animal friendly. they do love people though!
now about the house:
nice tri level. separate area for the roomies to hang out- furnished living space with a couch, table etc to just chill on the laptop. first week of sept. all the living areas will have laminate installed
fully stocked kitchen- you get access to dishes, pots, pans etc.
each room has its own cable hookup- good cable with hbo, starz etc- and fast internet
backs to open space. if you bike/jog there is a path behind the house that goes from 6th to the cherry creek reservoir.
upper level rooms- $650 each- these share a full bath- one parking space off the side of the driveway and the other would be street parking. brand new carpet in paint are being put in.
basement bedroom $750- has its own bathroom/shower and has the other garage space. this one is a bit more private. can come in the garage and go straight down into your space (currently being built)
