i have available very comfortable bedroom for rent in the south aurora area. 2500 square foot town home, fully furnished - very nice.seeking someone on a temporary basis to share expenses with.
you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom fully furnished. - see pictures. you would also share all the common areas kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, etc.
this is perfect for someone (male or female) who is either, moving into the area and needs a place to stay, perhaps someone who has just been recently divorced, or someone who travel extensively and is seeking a comfortable home vrs a hotel.
no pets, children, or smoking.
