i am looking for responsible, clean, roommate with good references (please bring at least 3 references). someone i can be friends with and enjoy living with. looking to rent to someone between the ages of 18-33. i'm looking to live with someone who is active and fun, clean, drama free and responsible. would prefer to live with a student that is a female. no criminal history! no smoking! no children! no pets! i already have a cat.

must be committed to 1 year lease:

- 1 bedroom (unfurnished... please provide your own bed and dresser)
